Andor Sales Systems — Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Andor Sales Systems provides consulting and implementation services focused on improving sales processes, follow-up systems, and closing performance for businesses.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales strategy consulting

  • Follow-up system implementation

  • Script development

  • Weekly calls and ongoing support

2. Program Duration

All services are provided over a 90-day (3-month) period, beginning on the date of initial payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • By completing payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

4. No Guaranteed Results

While Andor Sales Systems aims to improve sales performance, results are not guaranteed.

Client outcomes depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to:

  • Market conditions

  • Lead quality

  • Client implementation

  • Effort and consistency

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Actively participate in calls and implementation

  • Execute recommended strategies and systems

  • Maintain communication throughout the program

6. Communication & Support

Support is provided via agreed communication channels (e.g., phone, messaging, email).

Response times may vary but reasonable efforts will be made to respond in a timely manner.

7. Scheduling

  • Calls must be scheduled in advance.

  • Missed or rescheduled calls with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

8. Confidentiality

All client information shared with Andor Sales Systems will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, scripts, and strategies provided remain the intellectual property of Andor Sales Systems and may not be resold, shared, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Andor Sales Systems shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or implementation of services.

11. Termination

Andor Sales Systems reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client:

  • Fails to comply with terms

  • Engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

12. Agreement

By purchasing services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

13. Results Disclaimer

The client understands that success depends on their level of participation, implementation, and effort. Andor Sales Systems does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
